Nominations are invited to stand as one of seven Trustees by emailing bowsdenvillagehall@gmail.com
Once Trustees have been nominated (either by self-nomination or proposing and seconding), they meet immediately as the new Management Committee. If there are more than seven nominations, then there is an election, in public, and the seven with the most votes are appointed. It is then possible for the new Management Committee to co-opt any extra members.
This notice is being circulated via the Village Hall Notice Board and website and Bowsden Community What’s App group. Paper copies are also being delivered in the village.
If anyone wishes to be nominated, or make a nomination and is unable to use the online access, they may enter a proxy vote giving their name and their nominee. Proxy votes to Graeme Reavley, to be received by 12 noon on 22nd April.
