We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen
at the age of 96. The Chair of Bowsden Village Hall and members of the
Committee send their condolences to the Royal Family.
As a mark of respect and during this period of mourning, we have
cancelled this weekend’s events programme – Last Night of the Proms on
10th September.
The Committee will await further guidance from the government regarding
the period of state mourning over the coming days to consider the impact
on future events at the hall. In the meantime, the hall remains open for
other weekly activities.
